Hong Kong Radio (in Cantonese): at 19.20 hrs on 31.56 metres

Isogai received Chinese pressmen yesterday morning and gave them instructions for procedure to be taken in air raids. Black-out will be started before the enemy planes reach the island and District Magistrates will organise ARP and First Aid as well as the distribution of ration cards.
